Return Policy and Liabilities
Due to the personal nature of the glass art items, they cannot be returned, however, if any part of the non-glass jewelry item breaks from natural wear, kindly return it to us within 90 days and we will repair. We just ask that you pay postage for the return. We recommend using a bubble envelope mailer.
All glass items can break and we are not liable for any breakage or harm from breakage.
